John F. Trotta, CRA - Owner/Appraiser

     John Trotta is owner and appraiser of Trotta Appraisal & Consulting, LLC. John has been appraisaing Residential Real Estate since 1989. He trained under 3 well respected Real Estate Appraisers from 1989 - 1993 until he started his own company in 1993. Prior to Real Estate Appraisal John was employed with Beazley Co. Realtors as Real Estate Sales Agent and Assistant Manager. In his 10 years selling real estate, he was involved in many aspects of real estate, including numerous new construction projects, rejuvenating failed condominium projects, and investment properties. Prior to this he was involved in various aspects of construction both commercial and residential. John also had experience in the fire/loss department for insurance agencies. His backround with all aspects of real estate and construction lends itself to the broad knowledge necessary to be an accomplished Real Estate Appraiser.

     With over 15 Years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal John has appraised properties for various clients with all types of needs. His backround lends itself to extensive knowledge of New Construction, REO (Real Estate Owned) / Foreclosure / pre-foreclosure, and investment properties. He is a certified review appraiser (CRA) from the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters. He performed many appraisals for divorce resolution, tax appeals, and has experience with court testimony.

Shane C. Trotta - Appraiser

     Shane Trotta has been appraising Residential Real Estate for about 5 years. Working closely with John, he has been passed down the knowledge of 25+ years in the real estate industry. Shane recieved a bachelors degree from Northeastern University in small business management and entreprenuership. He has experience in appraising all types of Residential Real Estate, including Waterfront properties, Log Houses, and other unique/complex properties. Shane is a member of the Appraisal Institute and currently seeking the SRA designation, and also a member of the Worldwide ERC and has completed their relocation appraisal training program.
